1. Feasibility & FAR Calculation: We analyze your plot’s legal status, calculate the maximum permissible FAR, and finalize the number of floors and stilt parking layout.
2. Architectural Design & SDMC Sanctions: Our partner architects design the floor plans. Our dedicated liaison team secures all MCD/SDMC building plan sanctions and completion certificates.
3. Itemized BOQ & Material Locking: We provide a transparent, itemized Bill of Quantities. Once approved, we procure and securely store high-grade materials (cement, steel) to prevent supply-chain delays.
4. Structural Execution & MEP: Our skilled workforce executes the civil structure with daily engineering supervision, concurrently installing concealed plumbing, electrical, and elevator shafts.
5. Luxury Finishing & Handover: We apply the final luxury finishes, install elevators, and pass the property through a strict 50-point quality audit. Floors are handed over move-in ready, backed by a 10-year structural warranty.
